What will you see today when you see today?

I've recently been on the path of YES! If I say yes once, then I make it a practice to practice shwoing up. This has become my new mantra. When worry, time, exhaustion build up, I tell myself- "just show up". When I arrive, I see that I am part of something. I am the action that speaks louder than "should've, could've, would've".

It isn't easy. There are times when I'd like to say I am "too" many things. I am "too" tired, broke, busy so that I may retreat to my comfort zone. ( not that a very lovely yoga/netflix/catchup day isn't necessary if my body needs it)

But outside of that comfort zone, I am able to understand for what am I charging my batteries and what living am I doing in between.

The late Dr. Wayne Dyer said, "If you change the way you look at things, the way you look at things will change".

And it is true. If I keep my eyes open and venture to where the world is wide.
